A 4.0 earthquake just hit San Francisco yesterday and scientists are once again bringing up conversation over “The Big One”.
Watch the earthquake hit in the middle of this weatherman’s broadcast…
As you can see, a 4.0 is definitely a shaker, but won’t cause too much damage. But it makes us wonder what’s in store for the future as scientists are saying that this means “The Big One” is closer than ever to hitting Southern California
According to ABC News, the “Big One,” as earthquake scientists imagine it in a detailed, first-of-its-kind script, unzips California’s mighty San Andreas Fault north of the Mexican border. In less than two minutes, Los Angeles and its sprawling suburbs are shaking like a bowl of jelly.
But we’ve been hearing this for how long now?
So we’re curious, how much longer do we have before you think “The Big One” will actually hit SD?
