Having a bad day?  Need a little inspiration?  Motivation?  This might do the trick!

Meet Captain Sarah Cudd from Public Health Command Fort Knox.

This viral video surfaced of her from April 27th this year participating in The Foot March at Fort Dix, where she was only 1 of 46 candidates who earned the EFMB (Expert Field Medical Badge). She had to complete a 12 mile foot march under 3 hours to earn the EFMB.

Seriously, 12 miles in full combat gear!

The Washington Post explained “it was the last event required to earn the badge, a decoration awarded to those who pass a rigorous battery of tests for medical professionals in the Army. Less than 25 percent of those who attempt the required course typically pass and reported that Cudd’s command confirmed she earned the badge.”

Watch the video. You can see nothing but pure want and determination. The last 50 feet…she earned it.
