Born in Manhattan, raised in Jersey City, the influence of music has always been a major element in the environment of Dj Mahjestik. From young emcees freestylin’ on street corners to aggressive deejays battling on turntables at house parties and high schools, hip hop was what took Dj Mahjestik to a whole new level of musical involvement. Dj Mahjestik began premiering at some of the hottest night clubs in New York City at the young age of sixteen. Throughout the years, he has performed at concerts, clubs, and shows in many different parts of the world including Europe, Canada, and a number of major cities in the United States. Dj Mahjestik also has a line of production credits that includes mix tapes and remixes released in a number of record and hip hop shops in Europe and the US.
