“Secret Contest Round 3 2026” Official Sweepstakes Rules

General rules may be picked up at 6160 Cornerstone Court East, Suite 150, San Diego, CA 92121, Monday – Friday during normal business hours.

Local Media San Diego, LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the “Company”), will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

1. Description of Sweepstakes / Participation
2. Dates of Sweepstakes:
   The sweepstakes will begin on May 4, 2026 and end on June 26, 2026.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.

92. How to enter:
    Listen for a specific San Diego city or neighborhood (also known as “Shout Out”) to be announced weekdays on MAGIC 92.5 (92.5 FM San Diego) between 8:00 – 8:15 a.m., 9:00 – 9:15a.m., 10:00 – 10:15a.m., 11:00 – 11:15a.m., 12:00 – 12:15p.m., 1:00 – 1:15p.m., 2:00 – 2:15p.m., 3:00 – 3:15p.m., 4:00 – 4:15p.m., 5:00 – 5:15p.m., and 6:00 – 6:15p.m. (PST), on 91X (91.1 FM San Diego) between 8:15 – 8:45 a.m., 9:15 – 9:45a.m., 10:15 – 10:45a.m., 11:15 – 11:45a.m., 12:15 – 12:45p.m., 1:15 – 1:45p.m., 2:15 – 2:45p.m., 3:15 – 3:45p.m., 4:15 – 4:45p.m., 5:15 – 5:45p.m. and 6:15 – 6:45p.m., or on Z90 (90.3 FM San Diego) between 8:30 – 8:45a.m., 9:30 – 9:45a.m., 10:30 – 10:45a.m., 11:30 – 11:45a.m., 12:30 – 12:45p.m., 1:30 – 1:45p.m., 2:30 – 2:45p.m., 3:30 – 3:45p.m., 4:30 – 4:45p.m., 5:30 – 5:45p.m. and 6:30 – 6:45p.m..

Participants have until 11:59 p.m. to enter that day’s Shout Outs on the designated entry form at the corresponding station website: www.magic925.com/secret for Magic 92.5, www.91x.com/secret for 91X, or www.Z90.com/secret for Z90. Every successful Shout Out submitted represents an entry. Website form must be completely filled out to qualify as an entry into the sweepstakes. One entry per person, per Shout Out.

Mail in and/or drop off of Shout Outs as method of entry are accepted, each must include: Station, Shout Out (city or neighborhood), date & time Shout Out was announced, participant full legal name, mailing address, contact phone number, e-mail address and date of birth.  Address is: Secret Contest, c/o Local Media San Diego, 6160 Cornerstone Court East, Suite 150, San Diego, CA 92121.  Drop off available Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m., excluding holidays.  Mail in and drop off entries will not be returned to sender.

The deadline to enter all Shout Outs is Friday, June 26, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (PST).  Following the deadline, one (1) entry will be selected out of those submitted, and declared grand prize winner following confirmation of eligibility requirements and compliance with all rules of the sweepstakes.

2. Prize(s)

One (1) grand prize that may be awarded to an eligible winner is $1,000.00, and One (1) Four (4)-night Disney Cruise Line vacation for winner and up to three (3) persons, to be taken aboard the Disney Wonder from San Diego. The Vacation Package is subject to the conditions set forth in EXHIBIT B below. The total grand prize value is $6,330.84

Prize winners are strongly advised to seek professional legal, tax advice. Awarding of prizes could have material adverse consequences on the winner including without limitation, with respect to taxes, income, government entitlements or other benefits, or other legal, financial or other matters.

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for any other prize, and must be accepted in whole.  Prize winner must pick up their prize between the hours of 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Prior to being awarded a prize, winners are required to provide (1) a valid government-issued photo identification depicting proof of age and residency in the County of San Diego and (2) a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number if the aggregate value of prizes received this year exceeds $2000.00. The social security number will be used for tax reporting purposes.

From time to time, in its sole discretion, the Station may agree to mail the prize. In the event that a prize is mailed to the winner, the winner will initially be required to send any releases and prize claim forms along with a pre-paid postage and addressed return envelope. Failure by the winner to return completed forms within five (5) business days may lead to forfeiture of the prize. In the event the prize is mailed to the winner, the winner assumes the risk of the prize’s safe arrival.

Winners will be contacted at the e-mail or phone number provided by participant. Any prize not picked up within 30 days of being contacted will be forfeited. No replacement prize will be offered.  It is the sole responsibility of the person winning the prize to take possession of that prize within 30 days of being contacted. Station will make a maximum of two attempts to contact a prize winner.  If the prize winner does not respond after the second attempt within 48 hours, no further attempts will be made.  If a winner cannot be contacted, or is disqualified, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion.

Grand prize will be fulfilled in the form of a company check payable to the verified winner only and made available 30 days from the date upon which the winner completes and submits all documents required.

3. Eligibility and Limitations
   Participants, contestants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents of San Diego County, at least 18-years old at the date of entry, have an active social security number, and be able to present the original social security card and California ID to officials before the prize is awarded.

Travelers under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian who must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Certain travel restrictions apply.

Promoter is the sponsor of the Promotion.

Disney, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns will be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way

Employees of the Company, the Sweepstakes participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win.  The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

Multiple entries of the same Shout Out by the same person under a different email address or phone number will not be considered a valid entry.  Any word entered that was not announced will not be considered a valid entry.

4. Taxes
   Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.  Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Each winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded.  Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize unless otherwise noted.  Any person winning over $2000 in prizes from a station will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.  Winner agrees to accept the prize “as is.”

5. Publicity; Use of Personal Information
   Except where prohibited, by participating, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other sweepstakes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.  By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Sweepstakes to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

6. Affidavit
   Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Publicity and Liability within 14 days of notification of winning. Failure to sign and return the affidavit and release within such period or to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any interest in a prize.

7. Release
   By participating, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Sweepstakes, or from the use of any prize.  In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Company. The company assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. The company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any person’s computer or data related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Web site or Sweepstakes. The company is not responsible for cheating or fraud by any entrants. Any activities intended to disrupt or interfere with the proper play of the Sweepstakes, or to defraud the Sponsor in any way, may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Participants engaging in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit any prizes won. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of operating as planned, including, without limitation, as a result of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the company which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the company reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes and award prizes among eligible entries received.

8. Decisions
   By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel.  The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or who the Company believes has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.  The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Sweepstakes and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.  If the conduct or outcome of the Sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate.  All decisions will be made by the Company and are final.  The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.

9. Miscellaneous
   Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company’s release form to claim the prize.  The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Sweepstakes at any time as announced on the Station(s).  The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Sweepstakes.

Federal, state and local taxes relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner and Promoter will issue all tax forms including a 1099 form to the winner.

Promoter is the sponsor of the Sweepstakes.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail and govern.

10. Winner List
    For a Winner List, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Secret Contest Round 3 2026 Winner List, c/o Local Media San Diego, 6160 Cornerstone Court, East, Suite 150, San Diego, CA 92121. Please include the following in your Winner’s List request: Your full legal name, name of station and indicate which winner’s list you would like to receive. Please include one self-addressed, outer postmarked envelope for every list requested. All requests for winner lists must be mailed and received by the station after the sweepstakes is over but no later than 90 days after the sweepstakes has concluded.

11. Compliance with Law
    The conduct of the Sweepstakes is governed by applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation in this Contest is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Written copies of these rules are available during normal business hours at the business offices of the Station and by mail upon written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope.

EXHIBIT B

Disney Cruise Line Prize Description

The Company shall provide to the winner the following vacation package (“Vacation Package”):

1. One (1) Four (4)-night Disney Cruise Line vacation for winner and up to three (3) persons, to be taken aboard the Disney Wonder from San Diego. The Vacation Package is subject to the conditions set forth below.

• Parking for one (1) vehicle(s) at a hotel near the Port of San Diego;
• One (1) Four (4) night cruise on the Disney Wonder for up to Four (4) persons, consisting of:
• One (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Wonder (location/category at the discretion of Disney) with a maximum occupancy Four (4) people;
• All meals onboard the Disney Wonder (excluding specialty and fine dining);
• Pre-paid onboard gratuities for the stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server;
• Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website)

All costs and expenses not expressly stated in the Vacation Package description above are excluded and solely the responsibility of winner or guests, including but not limited to:

• Shore excursions
• Travel insurance
• Laundry service
• Spa treatments
• Alcoholic and specialty non-alcoholic beverages (including specialty coffee)
• Individually charged snacks and treats (including but not limited to movie popcorn, packaged candy, ice cream, gelato, pastries, and bar snacks).
• Local and long distance telephone calls
• Ship to shore communications including internet
• Merchandise and souvenirs
• Tips and gratuities not specifically set forth above

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Vacation Package is $5,330.84, which includes Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website). The actual value of the Vacation Package may vary depending on point of departure and fluctuations of rates and airfares (if applicable). If the actual value of the Vacation Package is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

Please Note Restriction for the Vacation Package:

Travel for the Vacation Package must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intended travel dates and must occur from 06/14/2026 to 06/14/2027. If travel is not completed by 06/14/2027 the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Disney’s sole discretion. Block-out dates may apply. Vacation dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. Disney reserves the right to change the allowable travel dates, cruise ship or any other component of the Vacation Package, for any reason and in its sole discretion. No substitution of Vacation Package or any elements thereof is allowed, except at Disney’s sole discretion. Ports of call, offerings and experiences onboard are subject to change, availability and cancellation without notice.

Block Out Dates: 12/18/2026

(Block Out Dates at the discretion of Disney Cruise Line and subject to change)

• Vacation Package components may not be sold, traded, transferred, or refunded. Vacation Package is not redeemable for cash. Vacation Package is non-commissionable.
• Vacation is for the winner and up to three (3) guest(s) of the winner’s choosing. Once selected by the winner, guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason. If the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the Vacation Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute Vacation Package or compensation provided to the winner.
• If Vacation Package includes airfare, the winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the Departure Airport (with possible layovers). Disney will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply to air travel. Airline tickets are nonrefundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades.
• Actual value of the prize awarded depends on a number of factors, including booking and travel dates and the number of travelers, and therefore may be lower or higher than the estimated value at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated estimated value, the difference will not be awarded. The winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package that any participant(s) is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Vacation Package will be forfeited.
• No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise (as applicable). Disney is not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the Vacation Package is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Disney’s sole discretion.
• The winner and guests are responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passports, valid alien registration card and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. The winner and each guest are responsible for ensuring that they have proper citizenship documentation.
• The winner and each guest will be required to execute a liability/publicity release and waiver form prior to booking of any travel. The winner and each guest will also be required to sign the Disney Cruise Line cruise contract before embarkation (the “Cruise Contract”). The Cruise Contract is available at www.disneycruise.com/cruisecontract. Failure to return the executed release form or to accept and sign the Cruise Contract within the specified time periods will result in forfeiture of the Vacation Package. winner acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their travel party, related to any use or misuse of the Vacation Package or any related activity or travel.
• Health and safety measures and operational guidelines, ports of call and offerings may change at any time without notice. Certain onboard venues, experiences and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited availability, advance reservations or even closure.
• In the event the winner and/or guest(s) engage in behavior that, as determined by Disney in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Disney’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the Vacation Package, Disney reserves the right to terminate the Vacation Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the winner and/or guest(s) home with no further compensation. The winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the group.
• Disney, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotion.
• Minors under the age of eighteen (18) not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of twenty-one (21) in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the Vacation Package. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line terminal.
• Vacation Package is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Disney.
• Vacation Package fulfillment is subject to restrictions. Failure to accept the Vacation Package within the indicated time period may result in forfeiture.
• Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of the Vacation Package, if valued at $600 or more. The Vacation Package may be subject to applicable withholding requirements. Prize Winner may receive and be required to sign other tax documents.
• Promoter shall have the right, but not the obligation, to make any deductions and withholdings that Promoter deems necessary or desirable under applicable federal, state and local tax laws, rules, regulations, codes or ordinances.
